How long does delivery take?

Most orders dispatch within 1–2 business days. Regional estimates appear before checkout.

How does the 100-night trial work?

Sleep on the mattress for at least 30 nights, then contact support within the trial period if it is not right for you.

Can I use my current bed frame?

Use a supportive platform, adjustable base or slatted frame with appropriate spacing.

Will the mattress smell after opening?

A mild new-product scent can occur after unboxing and normally fades with ventilation.
